Her background spans interim and fractional HR leadership, M&A people support, organizational design, HR systems, and culture and change execution across a range of industries.

Prior to joining Vector Advisory, Becca held senior HR leadership roles including VP, Head of HR, and Director of HR, where she partnered closely with executive teams to guide organizations through growth, transformation, and post-merger integration, translating best practices into scalable solutions that support long-term organizational effectiveness.
