Due Diligence – Sell Side
Situation:
A business in the Defense & Aerospace sector needed help with a carve-out of their Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) operation.
Vector’s Approach:
After a careful review of the organization’s financials and interviews with key executives, the Vector team prepared a sell-side carve-out due diligence and analysis to determine a fair selling price. Non- recurring expenses and go-forward operating expenses to be assumed by a buyer were identified to allow for an accurate representation of business performance.
Results:
Vector prepared a detailed assessment to facilitate carve-out for sale of the MRO business. The team prepared analysis and built financial models, pro-forma financial and the Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM).
