Merger and Acquisition Integration
Situation:
Vector Advisory was engaged by MKG to support merger integration governance, support planning and execution of activities, and manage the successful integration of Conisus into MKG’s business in a manner consistent with MKG’s holding company structure.
Approach:
Vector Advisory provided governance, structure, and a collaborative venue to align the vision of the integrated state, prepare detailed projects plans for the complex integration, and execute a 60-day sprint across functional teams.
Results:
Vector created a vision alignment document in less than 30 days. In less than 60 days a detailed integration project plan and roadmap was completed. In less than six months, an effective transition to MKG occurred.
