Jonathan specializes in delivering value-add cost effective advisory services in M&A integration and office of the CFO solutions including financial reporting, process optimization, information systems, and enterprise accounting.

Jonathan also has an extensive background in internal audit and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance where he has delivered numerous outsourced and co-sourced services to public and private clients.
