Angie is a Manager with Vector Advisory with a diverse 15-year background. Angie delivers a variety of services, including operations management, process optimization, project, program and change management, and other services to optimize the office of the CFO.

Prior to joining Vector Advisory, Angie worked at mid-sized Financial Institutions, in a variety of roles and leadership positions managing operations teams, strategic initiatives, vertical development, and new product roll-outs. Her ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams, at the channel and enterprise level, and including external and vendor partners has allowed her to drive strategic initiatives for various lines of business, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver innovative solutions.

Angie has led initiatives that resulted in a substantial reduction in processing time and improved operational efficiency, underscoring her commitment to excellence and innovation. Angie’s accomplishments include implementing change management programs, enhancing exception management, and launching  and maintaining highly successful deposit products,. She has built or enhanced processes to reduce file review time by more than 30%, improve output by over 100%, and reduce errors by more than 50% greatly improving compliance with regulatory standards.
