Fernando Rosario is a Manager with Vector Advisory with over 20 years of accounting experience in the public and private sectors, spanning across multiple industries. Fernando specializes in integration and transformation of client’s finance and accounting functions. His professional services are concentrated on supporting the office of the CFO where he has led multi-year large complex projects and cross-functional workstreams.

Prior to joining Vector, Fernando worked closely with large and small to mid-market organizations leading various technology and digital transformation initiatives. In his prior roles, as Business Architect and Project Manager, he has led numerous engagements and project teams through ERP system selections, requirements gathering and refinement, system implementations and integrations, and business process redesign of core finance functions including procurement, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and treasury.

Fernando’s professional experience includes over 5+ years of preparing Federal and Multi-state income tax returns, Estate & Trust, and Gift tax returns, specifically for High-Net-Worth Individuals.  He has extensive knowledge of tax impacts and considerations as they relate to small and mid-size organizations.

At Vector, Fernando advises clients on post-acquisition transformation and modernization by coupling technology with industry best practices and optimizing overall performance within the finance and accounting functions that support the office of the CFO.
