Vector Advisory leveraged deep M&A integration experience to facilitate an efficient assessment and to contribute to strategic integration planning to drive optimal outcomes for the company’s multiple prior acquisitions. The Vector team worked to (1) assess and determine the level of integration that had been achieved and (2) partner with the company to address remaining integration needs to achieve the investment thesis that brought about these acquisitions.
