Shelby Faubion

Shelby is the founder and Managing Partner with Vector Advisory. Shelby has a diverse background with over 24 years in corporate finance and accounting, “Big 4” (KPMG and PwC), boutique consultancies, start-ups, and global industry leaders. He specializes in delivering comprehensive and cost-effective M&A advisory services, including merger and acquisition integration, financial due diligence as well as post close accounting and finance services. Shelby also has an extensive background in co-sourcing and outsourcing internal audit and providing interim financial management solutions.

 

Michael Salazar

Michael is a former “Big 4” partner with over 30 years of experience in finance, operations, and risk management. Michael also has extensive cross-border experience having served as the CFO/COO of a multi-national publicly listed company. He has outstanding leadership skills and proven track record in attracting and developing high-caliber resources. Michael delivers M&A life cycle including financial and operational due diligence, deal structure, capital advisory, deal closing, integration strategy and execution. He also delivers finance and accounting process improvement and optimization.

LeAnne Perrine

LeAnne joins Vector Advisory as a Director with over 15 years experience in finance and accounting, operational and financial process improvement, and compliance and risk management. She leverages learned better practices from her prior experiences in “Big 4” and leading financial institutions to optimize financial and operational processes and implement best in class solutions for compliance and risk management.

Austin Cornwall

Austin helps companies optimize, improve, and transform. With strong project management, leadership, and change management skills, Austin can drive strategy development through implementation. Austin’s experience includes strategic sales, and operations planning, supply chain management and optimization, portfolio and project management, business analytics, performance and process improvement, and business development.

Chris Pittman

Chris draws on deep finance and accounting skills to assist with financial modeling, dashboarding, analysis and accounting process optimization. Chris has significant experience working with clients to streamline processes to create efficiency while improving stakeholder reliance and confidence in those processes. Chris has optimized financial close processes with the implementation of Blackline and has also driven process standardization for global businesses with respect to revenue recognition.
