Jessica Grace recently joined the Vector Advisory family as a Manager in the firm’s Houston office. Jessica has over a decade of experience delivering process optimization, M&A integration, financial modeling, and data synthesis/analysis projects. She has led acquisition integrations and other cross-functional projects resulting in value creation and optimized processes for sustainable profit improvement. Jessica’s success is realized through her ability to manage teams and workstreams through a structured yet collaborative project management approach.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and also holds multiple certifications, including Carpedia College Profit Sustainability and Process Improvement Certification, Wharton School of Business Creating and Leading High Performance Teams Certification, and Insights Association Professional Researcher Certification.
